Nature's Aperture Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your photograph purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We offer a full refund if you ship the prints back to us in their original condition within 30 days. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Please note that photographs viewed on the website may appear quite different than the actual print depending on your monitor, monitor settings, device and lighting conditions. At Nature's Aperture all photographic editing and print rendering is performed on a calibrated photographic quality monitor under controlled lighting conditions. Shipping included inside the continental U.S. All orders are shipped UPS Ground.
For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for shipping cost, an additional invoice will be sent after your order is placed to cover additional shipping.
We pack and ship each order personally and take great pride in our work and finished products. Should damage occur in shipping you must return your order within 3 days of receipt. Contact us as soon as you receive your print(s) for a return authorization.
